Built for Canadian small and medium business
Enterprise fleet software is too expensive and too complex. NotifyMe Solutions is designed for operators who want results — not a six month implementation.
Works with your existing tools
Our dual REST API — inbound and outbound — makes NotifyMe compatible with virtually any platform your team already uses.
Built to meet Canadian standards
NotifyMe Inc. meets Canadian federal and provincial privacy requirements and industry best practices — so your procurement team can say yes with confidence.
Three products. One platform.
NotifyMeFleet, NotifyMeDriving, and NotifyMeBins work independently or together as one bundled solution. Same dashboard. Same sticker system. One invoice, in Canadian dollars.
Fleet vehicle safety alerts
Anyone on the road can report a problem with your fleet vehicle — lights out, tire issue, load shifting, unsecured door — and your fleet manager is notified within 60 seconds. No app download required to submit a report.
- Unique ID and QR sticker on every vehicle
- Public reports via ID, QR scan, or licence plate
- Instant SMS and email to fleet manager
- GPS location captured with every report
- Photos delivered via push notification — app only
- Fleet dashboard — all alerts, vehicles, risk scoring
- Bulk vehicle registration via CSV upload
- Platform-agnostic — alerts flow into Geotab, Samsara, Fleet Complete, Verizon Connect and others
- AI content moderation on all submitted photos and notes
A defect caught before an inspection is a defect that never becomes a violation. Under the National Safety Code, out-of-service defects and roadside violations feed your carrier profile. A member of the public spotting a wobbling wheel on Highway 63 is the earliest possible warning you will ever get.
How's My Driving — modernized
Replace your outdated 800 number with a QR code that fires an instant digital report. Positive and negative reports. Driver scorecards. Monthly performance summaries. All in one dashboard.
- QR sticker — instant scan to report
- Aggressive driving, speeding, distracted driving, unsafe lane changes
- Positive reports — recognize and reward great drivers
- Driver scorecards generated automatically
- Monthly performance report per driver
- GPS location and photo with every report
- Timestamped, location-stamped records you can produce on request
- AI content moderation — no inappropriate content reaches management
Stop taking pickup phone calls
Site supervisors scan the QR on your bin, enter your company PIN, and your dispatcher gets an instant alert with exact GPS location. No phone call. No hold music. No wasted dispatch.
- QR sticker on every roll-off bin
- Company PIN prevents unauthorized reports
- Site-specific PINs — tight access control per job site
- Exact GPS location with every pickup request
- Bin full, overflowing, damaged, moved, or need swap
- Dispatcher notified instantly — no phone tag
- Bin inventory tracked across all job sites
- Pickup history for invoicing reference
- Three failed PIN attempts locks device for 24 hours
Why a company PIN? A bin pickup request triggers a real truck dispatch — wasted dispatches cost real money. The PIN ensures only authorized site contacts can request pickup. Anyone who scans without the correct PIN cannot submit a report.
The complete NotifyMe family
NotifyMe Solutions is the commercial arm of the NotifyMe platform — covering every asset type from fleet vehicles and roll-off bins to RVs, trailers, boats, and seasonal properties.
For businesses and fleet operators
For individual vehicle and property owners
For seasonal and unattended properties
Works with your existing tools
Our dual REST API — inbound and outbound — makes NotifyMe Solutions compatible with virtually any fleet management, dispatch, or business software your team already uses.
Inbound and outbound — the complete picture
Most platforms only push data one way. NotifyMe supports full bidirectional integration — your existing software gets smarter without replacing anything.
- Alert fires → GPS and issue data sent to your telematics platform instantly
- Bin full reported → dispatcher software notified with coordinates
- Driver report filed → fleet management dashboard updated
- Webhook events fire for any connected system in real time
- New truck added in your telematics → auto-registered in NotifyMe
- New employee added → driver profile created automatically
- CSV upload → entire fleet registered in one call
- Policy cancelled → subscription deactivated via API

Common questions answered
Everything you need to know — from how reports are submitted to how we protect your data and meet Canadian privacy requirements.
No. Anyone can submit a report through their mobile browser with zero downloads, zero accounts, and zero friction. Scanning the QR code on a sticker opens a webpage instantly. This is intentional — maximum reporters means maximum protection for your fleet. The NotifyMe app is for fleet managers and vehicle owners — not reporters.
Within 60 seconds in normal conditions. The moment a report is submitted our system fires an SMS via Twilio and an email via SendGrid simultaneously. Push notifications via the app arrive in under 10 seconds. We monitor delivery status via carrier callbacks and track every notification in your dashboard.
For fleet vehicles — tire problems, lights out, swaying or load shift, hitch issues, open doors or panels, falling debris, and general safety concerns. For driver behaviour — aggressive driving, distracted driving, speeding, unsafe lane changes, illegal parking, and positive reports for great driving. For bins — bin full, overflowing, damaged, moved to a different location, or need an additional bin or size swap.
QR scanning itself does not provide GPS — the location comes from the reporter's phone GPS separately. When a reporter submits a report the browser requests location permission. If they allow it, coordinates accurate to 3 to 5 metres are captured and included with the alert. If they decline, the report still goes through without coordinates. For construction sites and roadsides — outside with clear sky — GPS accuracy is excellent. Reporters who install the NotifyMe app provide GPS automatically with every report.
Canadian customers contract with NotifyMe Inc., a Canadian federal corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act, corporation number 1805631-5. Your agreement is governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada. Your invoice comes from a Canadian entity in Canadian dollars. US and international customers contract separately with NotifyMe LLC, our Wyoming affiliate, at notifymesolutions.com.
Personal information collected through NotifyMe is stored and processed on Canadian infrastructure in the Canada Central region. This is a deliberate choice. PIPEDA does not require Canadian data residency — organizations may transfer personal information outside Canada provided it remains comparably protected — but for Canadian fleet, waste, and construction customers, and for public sector procurement in particular, being able to say the data never leaves the country removes a question before it is asked.
Yes. NotifyMe Inc. is majority owned and controlled by a Métis co-founder. If your organization has an Indigenous procurement policy, a supplier diversity target, or a community benefit agreement obligation, we are happy to provide our ownership documentation to your procurement team. Contact us and we will send what your process requires.
Indirectly, and we want to be straightforward about how. Under the National Safety Code, your carrier profile is built from collisions, convictions, and roadside inspection results — not from public reports. NotifyMe does not write to your profile. What it does is surface defects and driving complaints earlier, so a wobbling wheel gets pulled before it becomes an out-of-service defect at a CVSE scale, and a driving complaint gets coached before it becomes a conviction. It also gives you a timestamped, location-stamped record of what was reported and what you did about it — the kind of documentation that matters in a facility audit or a liability claim. Anyone who tells you a QR sticker moves a safety rating directly is overselling it.
Unlike vehicle safety alerts where any bystander might legitimately report a dangerous tire, a bin pickup request triggers a real truck dispatch that costs your company time and fuel. A false or unauthorized pickup request wastes a driver trip. The company PIN ensures only authorized personnel on your job sites can request a pickup. Anyone who scans the bin QR without the correct PIN sees a message to contact their site supervisor — no report submitted and no dispatch triggered.
Yes — and we recommend it. Site-specific PINs give you tighter control. If a PIN from a completed job is ever shared or leaked it can only be deactivated for that site without affecting your other locations. Your dashboard shows which PIN belongs to which site so you always know who has access to what. Generating a PIN for a new site takes 30 seconds.
Three failed PIN attempts locks that device from submitting further attempts for 24 hours. PINs can be set to 4 or 6 digits. All PIN attempts including failed ones are logged in your dashboard so you can see if someone is repeatedly trying incorrect PINs on a specific bin.
Our anti-spam system limits the same device or IP address to one notification per vehicle per two-hour window. If someone submits a second report within that window, the report is recorded in our system but no second SMS or email fires. The reporter sees a thank you message so they know their report was received. A maximum of five notifications per vehicle per hour applies regardless of reporter. This protects your team from alert fatigue while controlling notification costs.
Every text note is automatically screened by OpenAI's Moderation API before processing — catching hate speech, threats, and inappropriate language. Every photo is scanned by AWS Rekognition before storage or delivery, detecting explicit content, violence, and hate symbols. Content flagged with high confidence is automatically blocked. Content flagged at medium confidence is held for admin review. This two-layer system ensures inappropriate content never reaches your team.
Three reasons. Quality — MMS compresses photos heavily and delivery varies by carrier. The app delivers full resolution photos instantly and reliably. Cost — MMS photo messages cost significantly more per message than push notifications. Privacy — delivering photos in the app means they are only accessible to authenticated account holders, not anyone who sees an SMS on an unlocked phone. Download the free NotifyMe app to receive photos from reporters.
No. NotifyMe works standalone — you do not need a telematics platform at all. If you already run one, alert data including GPS coordinates can flow into it automatically via our outbound API. We integrate with Geotab, Samsara, Verizon Connect, Fleet Complete and others. NotifyMe adds a public intelligence layer — real reports from real people on the road — to whatever you already use, without replacing or duplicating anything.
NotifyMe has both an outbound API — we push data to your systems when events happen — and an inbound API, so external systems can write data into NotifyMe. This means you can register vehicles automatically when they are added to your telematics platform, sync your fleet roster without manual entry, and have alert data flow into your existing dashboards without anyone copying and pasting. Full API documentation and a sandbox environment are available on request.
NotifyMeBins works alongside your existing dispatch software. Your dispatcher receives the bin full alert with GPS in the NotifyMe dashboard and enters the pickup into your system as normal — just now with exact GPS coordinates instead of a vague phone description. Deeper integration with Trux, AMCS, and other waste management platforms is available via our outbound API. Contact us to discuss your specific software environment.
NotifyMe Inc. complies with PIPEDA, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, and has designated a named privacy officer accountable for compliance. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service. Data is stored encrypted on Canadian infrastructure. Reporter IP addresses are stored as one-way SHA-256 hashes, never in plain text. Licence plates are encrypted using AES-256 at rest. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. Our practices are also aligned with Alberta PIPA and British Columbia PIPA for operators in those provinces.
All commercial electronic messages comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Every email includes sender identification, a physical mailing address, and a one-click unsubscribe. Consent is obtained and documented at account creation, and records of consent are retained. SMS notifications can be stopped at any time by replying STOP.
No. Reporter identity is never shared. You receive the report content — issue type, note, GPS location, and photo if attached — but not the reporter's name, phone number, email, or any identifying information. Reporter IP addresses are stored as one-way hashes that cannot be reversed. This anonymity is by design — it encourages more people to report problems because there are no personal consequences for doing so.
For most businesses, same day. Create your account, register your vehicles or bins, and your stickers are ordered. Once stickers arrive and are applied your operation is live. No hardware installation. No IT project. No training program beyond showing your team how to log in. Most businesses are fully operational within a week of signing up.
Yes. Book a free demo and we will walk you through the complete platform using our demo environment. We also offer a pilot program for qualifying businesses where you can run NotifyMe on a subset of your fleet or bins before full rollout. Contact us to discuss what a pilot looks like for your specific operation.
Built by people who know the industry
NotifyMe Inc. is a Métis-owned Canadian federal corporation founded by a team with deep roots in Saskatchewan, British Columbia, and the Fort McMurray operating market. We built this because we saw the problem firsthand — every day.
NotifyMe grew out of a simple observation — the tools that small and medium fleet operators actually use every day have not kept up with what is possible. Site supervisors were still phoning in to report bin pickups. How's My Driving programs still used 800 numbers and voicemail. Fleet managers were still finding out about vehicle problems after the fact.
We built NotifyMe to fix that. Simple stickers. Instant alerts. No complicated setup. No enterprise pricing. Just a product that works for businesses the way they actually operate.
Our founding team brings decades of combined experience in heavy equipment operations, fleet management, commercial waste, and Western Canadian industry — including direct experience in the Fort McMurray oil sands market. We are not a tech company that discovered the fleet space. We are an operations team that built the technology we always wished existed.
NotifyMe Inc. is incorporated federally under the Canada Business Corporations Act and is majority Métis-owned. Canadian customers are served by the Canadian entity, billed in Canadian dollars, with personal information stored in Canada. That matters when you are selling into Canadian industry, municipal procurement, and organizations with Indigenous supplier commitments.
